On April 23rd, 2026 our New Discoveries and Research colloquium for the 2026 summer semester will kick off with our guest speaker Helen Dawson from Tübingen.
Our colloquium New Findings and Research offers an open forum for current archaeological discoveries, innovative research approaches, and professional exchange across different periods and methodologies. It is aimed equally at archaeologists, students, and anyone interested in gaining insight into the diversity and dynamism of archaeological work. In regular lectures, rotating guests present their latest projects, discuss research findings, and offer personal insights into their scholarly practice. The colloquium serves as a space for encounter, discussion, and inspiration—transcending institutional and disciplinary boundaries.
