The Institute would like to send warm congratulations to our colleague, Dr. Anna Bertelli. 🎊
In recent weeks, Anna Bertelli has achieved important and remarkable goals in her academic career, which will be honored in this article.
🏛️First, she was awarded the Getty Scholarship for her research on Sacred Crossroads: Investigating Early Iron Age Interconnections between Crete and the Eastern Mediterranean through the Sanctuaries of Gortyn. This will enable her to further her research at the Getty Scholar Grant Villa in Los Angeles in the spring of 2026, and she will certainly return to us with new insights. We wish her every success on her journey.
